This notice describes how endescope.com collects, processes, and protects personal data under GDPR.

1. Controller

2. What we collect

  • Contact form: name, email, company, service choice, scope size, timeframe, message, timestamp.
  • Hosting server logs: IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL. Retained by the hosting provider (Vercel or Netlify) per their privacy policy, typically under 30 days.
  • No analytics, no tracking cookies, no third-party fonts beyond Google Fonts (Inter, JetBrains Mono). We regularly evaluate migration to self-hosted fonts.

3. Purpose and lawful basis

Contact-form data is processed to respond to your inquiry and initiate a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs protect against abuse and enable technical debugging (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Retention

Contact-form data is deleted 12 months after the last correspondence if no contract arises. If a contract is signed, commercial retention periods apply.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties other than data processors (hosting, email delivery, accounting if applicable). These are contractually obligated to comply with GDPR.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21). Requests to contact@endescope.com.

7. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee).
